Privacy Policy

Strong, No Guesswork ("we," "us"), operated by Maine Lead Flow LLC, runs daniellefit.com and a 12-week strength training program led by Danielle. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your text-message choice: whether you checked the text-message box on our form, plus when, the wording you agreed to, and basic technical details (IP address and browser) as a record of your consent.
- Program details you share: your time zone, preferred check-in time and days, contact preference (calls or texts), equipment setup, starting point, goals, and any injuries or limitations you tell us about.
- Check-in responses: what you say during daily check-in calls or text messages, including how you're feeling and any questions for Danielle. Check-in calls are recorded and transcribed, and text conversations are stored, so Danielle can review them and follow up.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To deliver your program and send you the daily check-ins you signed up for.
- So Danielle can review your check-ins and follow up with you, usually by video.
- To contact you about your program, your account, or a question you asked us.
- To improve the program.
Check-ins are conducted by an automated assistant, not a live person. The assistant does not give medical, exercise, or nutrition advice.
Text messaging
If you choose text check-ins, we use your phone number only to send you program check-ins and replies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the program, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Retell AI, which places check-in calls and texts and produces transcripts.
- Coda, where we keep client records and check-in logs.
- Modal, which runs our scheduling and processing.
- Google, for email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Our payment processor, for purchases.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety. For example, if a check-in suggests an emergency, the assistant will direct you to call 911 or 988 and alert Danielle.
Health information
You may share information about your body, injuries, or how you're feeling. We use it only to support your program and treat it as confidential. We are not a medical provider, and our program is not a substitute for medical care.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're in the program and for a reasonable time afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages. Tell us if you'd like to stop check-in calls.
- Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
Children
Our program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
